Сегодня в одной статье прочитала про несчастных, вечно прибегающих на самолёты в последний момент. Где-то неделю назад уже получала спам на эту же тему от какого-то HR-портала, видимо, тема популярна. Хочу поделиться своим видением и своим опытом.
Да, я прибегаю в аэропорт в последний момент. Да, мне обычно удивлённо говорят «вы последняя, кто регистрируется на этот рейс» (ну вот чему они удивляются, у них же каждый рейс есть кто-то последний?). Более того, если вылет в 6 вечера, то в полдень я ещё даже не начинаю собирать чемоданы.
А теперь — пара вопросов:
Камон! Ну о каких «правильно» речь? Меня всё устаривает, я ненавижу ждать и ненавижу тратить своё время впустую, а вай-фай в аэропортах мне в лучшем случае не нравится. И да, я не нервничаю, адреналинчик в небольших дозах полезен.
«Я научился делать это вот так, так лучше, делай так же».
В баню!
Исследуйте, как эффективнее всего это получается у вас. Что вам комфортно? Приезжать в аэропорт за полдня? Приезжайте. За 5 минут? Прискакивайте. Это искусство: принимать себя и дружить с собой по максимуму, узнавать свои сильные стороны, свои комфортные состояния, свои особенности.
И использовать их!
Я не срывала ни одного конечного дедлайна по важным задачам за последний год. Ни одного. И у меня нет волшебной пилюли, которой я могу поделиться, потому что каждый должен искать свою волшебную пилюлю.
Да, я делю задачи на пожары и монументы. Пожары делаются к дедлайну, монументы — по зову души. К срочным и важным это кстати никак не относится, дополнительная градация. Каждый день я делаю все свои приоритетные пожары, после чего, если есть творчески порыв, перехожу к монументам. Хочу — сделаю за месяц до дедлайна, лишь бы пёрло.
Но я никогда никогда никогда не буду делать пожары заранее. Я делаю их на адреналиновом доппинге, получаемом от нехватки времени.
Я была на четырёх тренингах по тайм-менеджменту и прочитала минимум десяток книг, я использую не больше 10% из их арсенала, потому что остальные мне не подходят. Потому что сила в принятии себя, а не в попытках себя изменить!
А вы знаете, КАК правильно работать вам? Вы уже перестали бороться с собой? В этой бессмысленной битве вы обязательно проиграете, так что пора прийти к партнёрству вместо битвы!
