They are at Grineer outposts in the Plains of Eidolon. There can be several turrets at an outpost, but only one of Vruush. It will only shoot at Archwings. What I did was go in by foot. Eliminate all Grineer and take out the other turrets, because they will shoot you. Hit the Vruush turret a couple of times to take down the health, but not destroy it. Pop into Archwing and quickly finish it.
